How do you design a set of trade show banners that can be used individually or together as a group?

Embarcadero Technologies, a database software company, wanted some trade show banners that they could use in a couple of different ways. They wanted a simple single banner that could be used by itself behind a trade show table. AND, they also wanted to create a “wall” of graphics that would stretch across 9 feet when they had a booth. And of course, attention getting because of the trade show floor environment.

I designed a set of roll up banners that work together as a 9′ long group of 3. The first banner works as a single, and the other two banners can be used in a different area of the booth if needed. It was so well received, next year the banner set grew to four panels.
